Angels contribute to society through two pillars: the employment of hard-to-employ people and through the realization of continuous efforts in the field of health improvement, education in the field of healthy nutrition and the creation of healthier options in nutrition. The Angels are also the founders of the school for entrepreneurs, and the founders of the Angels participate in the development of social start-ups as consultants and mentors. Through donations, Angels also supported the development of social initiatives in the community such as Rock Camp for Girls, Bel Hospice, LiceUlice, Miksalište, Public Aquarium and Tropicarium in Belgrade, etc. Angels also use biodegradable packaging, and the process of optimizing production in the direction of zero-waste production is ongoing (75% of the process is zero-waste).

In addition to cakes, Angeli also offers a first-class selection of wines, cheeses, spices, honey and spreads. Angel Cookies Shop is a social enterprise that produces oat cakes without sugar and without white flour. Only the highest quality ingredients are used in the production, with no trans fats, which makes the cakes an ideal source of dietary fiber. Each cake has at least 35% whole grain oatmeal, flaxseed and wheat germ, which are extremely beneficial for digestion.
