Our organization actively engages with youth because we recognize the immense potential they bring to driving innovation and catalyzing change. Youth involvement fosters fresh perspectives and dynamic energy, ensuring our initiatives remain relevant and forward-thinking. We are proud to have a dedicated team of 10 volunteers who play integral roles in various aspects of our operations. They contribute to our Social Media Marketing Team, handle Content Creation, oversee WordPress Administration, serve as Content Writers, manage Back Office Administration & Digital Specialization, handle Graphic Design, oversee LinkedIn Administration, provide translation services, pitch creative ideas for fundraising, and capture moments as photographers. Their commitment amplifies our impact and helps us achieve our goals with enthusiasm and expertise.

Dot2dot actively engage the youth community by offering tailored educational programs and interactive experiences. By collaborating with local schools, colleges, and youth organizations, we design specialized tours and workshops that resonate with the interests and curiosities of young people. Incorporating technology, social media, and storytelling, our team can create immersive experiences that not only educate but also inspire and empower the youth to connect with their cultural heritage.

Our engagement with society is our greatest asset! We not only value but actively seek a dynamic connection with the younger generation. Beyond the fact that many young individuals work in our factory, we also host a weekly assembly known as the ''VIOME Solidarity Initiative''. This assembly primarily attracts young people, but is open to all, and serves as a platform for us. the workers of VIOME, to exchange ideas and address issues within the framework of social responsibility and oversight that we aim to uphold. Moreover, we aspire to make our factory a community hub, frequently offering our space for a variety of projects. These include exhibitions, theater, music and dance rehearsals, performances, and even the shooting of music videos. Also, many artists, local and European, have made our factory wonderful and colorful, by make murals along the factories walls. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, we take great joy in the fact that when we organize festivals, our factory comes alive with a diverse crowd, especially newcomers. This interaction with the community is that truly fuels our passion and commitment!

As for the youth participation, we design and conduct counselling workshops and provide individual counselling / psychotherapy to young people

Playback Theatre addresses to people of all ages, social and educational backgrounds. Thus youth can also benefit, for example young people can participate in performances and attend workshops.

OENEF collaborates with many organizations at local, regional, European and international level, actively involving young people to shape their future.

Project 'A Journey to Independense'. The aim of the project is to support young people with visual impairment towards the development of soft skills in the field of teamwork, enterpreneuship, foreign languages and communication. Ergo Culture Human Traces organised a guided tour in the archaeological area of Philippi, archaeological museum of Philippi and museum of Thassos for young adults from Europe and Greece. The action was implemented in the framework of the European project Erasmus+ and is an initiative between '4youth', a non formal group of young people and Ergo Culture Human Traces social enterprise.
